What ever happened to Buy American at WalMart?

Well since Sam died those days are gone for ever. Now it’s Buy Chinese.
Of course WalMart does not say this in any ads.
There is no question that the chain is helping accelerate the loss of American jobs to low-wage countries such as China. WalMart, which in the late 1980s and early 1990s trumpeted its claim to “Buy American,” has doubled its imports from China in the past five years alone, buying some $12 billion in merchandise in 2002. That’s nearly 10% of all Chinese exports to the United States.
In an interesting poll run on CNN’s Lou Dobbs show in May of 2006 The question was something like, who do you think is going to be our greatest strategic threat in the future. Guess what folks the Winner.. China with over 80% of the vote.

With the above known why do the American people support a company that is obviously in bed in a big way with Communist China. The answer cheapo goods. We are like Lemmings, hang cheap crap from WalMart in front of us and we will buy. Everytime you buy something from WalMart you are in effect supporting the Communist Chinese Red Army. The Communist Chinese Government gets a healthy cut from all businesses.
Let’s be real folks the government leaders in China do not like us, they never have and all they are doing is saying what they think the Bush Administration wants to hear. And they believe it! Well I guess Dunderheads can be conned easily. I bet if the above mentioned poll had been given to Bush administration cronies 80% of the vote would have gone to Bermuda.

As far as we can see here is what WalMart does really great.

  • Kills American companies
  • Sends American jobs overseas
  • Supports the Communist Chinese Red Army
  • Supports a regime that suppresses freedom and human rights
  • and oh yeah, let’s us Lemmings buy cheap crap

Senate Passes Immigration Bill

UNBELIEVABLE That is the only word I could think of in the passage of this immigration Bill.
It seems that once again your leaders in the Senate could care less about the American people and delt anouther blow to middle-class Americans in favor of big business.
OUTRAGEOUS This Immigration Bill includes a last minute attachement that we have to consult with the Mexican government on where and if we can build fences on the border which was introduced by Senator Christopher Dodd (D-Connecticut).
ABOMINABLE The Senate killed an amendment to the immigration bill that would have denied some benefits to Illegals, namely Social Security!
How can anyone with a functioning brain think that granting access to an already overwhelmed Social Security system think this is a good thing.
A big drain on the welfare system will be felt almost immediatly if anything like this bill becomes law.
No thought of the cost to the American people which will be huge in many ways.(perhaps 59 Billion over 10 yrs) and guess who will foot the bill.
I have a strong feeling that come November the American people will have there revenge.
The Brass MonkeyTBM gives a big thumbs down to the pandering Senate.
This is just one more way that our leaders are selling out America and in our opinion Senator Dodd should have his citizenship revoked and be deported to Mexico.

Bush’s Tax Cuts

Once again King Bush is trying Tax Cuts to get our approval
This sadly worked before. Do not let it happen again.
First the Republicans from time to time say the Democrats are for big government spending.
Lets look at this a moment. The Republicans have put us in more debt then we have ever been in but, when they spend they just right it off to the deficit (which is huge) in other words they spend money that we do not even have! If we all managed our money like that we would be in Jail. Do the fat cats really need tax cuts?
The people that benefit most are the ones that make over a million a year. The folks who make 20 to 30 thousand a year will save about 9 bucks.
Dont get me wrong I am not for the Democrats either, it is time for a big change in Washington DC and I do not see it in the Republicans or the Democrats.

Maricopa County AZ Sheriff Arrests, Jails Illegals

Sherriff Joe ArpaioJoe Arpaio the sheriff of Maricopa County Arizona is doing what the feds (under Bush) refuse to do. He arrests Illegal aliens and gives them Jail time!
In a recent television interview the sheriff stated that he could turn them over to immagration but at the most all they would do is give them a trip back to the border and let them go. He said when we catch them the only trip they get is one straight to jail.
The jail they go to is one that has become famous (Tents) housing approx. 2000 inmates behind a guarded fence, which the bleeding-hearts say is cruel. By the way not just illegals go there but a lot of crooks and thugs in Maricopa County wind up there.
Guess what folks the residents of the county disagree in a big way with the bleeding-heart liberals as they re-elected the sheriff by giving him 80% of the vote.

P.S. Perhaps he should run for president.
