According to The Dallas Morning News District Judge Jane Boyle ruled in Dallas that Farmers Branch ordinance was an attempt to enforce U.S. immigration laws, something only the Feds can do. Tim O’Hare, the driving force behind the ordinances, said he wants to appeal. “The American people are tired of judges legislating from the bench” he said.

Council member Ben Robinson said “Illegal activity of any type should not be ignored or accepted no matter whether in Dallas, Farmers Branch or other cities or states”.

That ruling is pretty lame judge. The way I read it, this judge just said that it is quite ok to rent to and harbor criminals. Illegal aliens just by being here are criminals. Folks this is a sad state of affairs. A good idea would be for this judge to sneak across the border into Juarez and rent a place to live. While she is there she could steal id’s, get some phony papers and kick some Mexican citizen out of a job by offering her services cheaper….Maybe LaRaza can fix her up! LoL
