Break out the Aspirin

Of course we all know by now about Google´s frayed relation with China. China Pullout Deliberate Plot, but you might not have heard the climate in China seems to be getting worse for a lot of western business´s. A big thing is China´s currency manipulation by keeping it artificially low thereby making Chinese manufactured goods priced low and making competition virtually impossible.

It seems that the ´red carpet´ is no longer being rolled out for foreign companies to move to China. This was probably inevitable says Susan Shirk, a former deputy assistant secretary of state in the Clinton administration responsible for U.S. relations with China. The Information Technology Industry Council, which represents many U.S. companies, said one example of the new hurdles its members face in China is government procurement policies requiring that products contain intellectual property developed and owned in China. The western companies should have seen this coming before, in there greed for more money, they jumped at the opportunity to move manufacturing to China, and to hell with all the good jobs lost in the U.S. and other countries. Yeah real patriots they were, right? Not! How many times has the west at one point in time or another developed a third world country only to be thrown out later.

On the other hand if you look at it from China´s perspective it makes sense for them to shall we say ´take care of there own´. After all they made gobs of money by foreign companies investing there. Now is the time they start taking the attitude of thanks for making us rich now Screw You. If anyone expected anything else they need to get there heads out of there asses and get real.
