What is Douglas Robinson up to? Trying for a world record? Maybe he just does it for the free food or something because he is homeless. He has been arrested 74 times since the spring of 2008, on 153 charges, records show. Mostly he is arrested for panhandling and trespassing, sometimes also with resisting arrest and sometimes for smoking crack.

Because of overcrowding and severe budget cuts which forced the Hamilton county jail to close down one third of it’s beds Robinson and others are released early or just cut loose right away.
