Americas Greedy Corporations and Politicians are ruining this country.

One of the most serious problems in the country today is reckless and unabated greed. Greed caused the disgraceful corporate scandals that filled our newspapers. Greed is responsible for crooked politicians. Greed causes the constant efforts to destroy unions that protect basic worker rights. Greed is responsible for all of the recalls of dangerous crap from Communist China.

GREED IS DESTROYING AMERICA

Greed is responsible for the obscene salaries of CEOs. In the ’90s the ratio of CEO compensation to average workers’ compensation was 250 to 1, meaning that the boss earned on his first day of work during a year as much as the worker did in a whole year. In European countries the ratio is closer to 100 to 1. More recent estimates put the current ratio at 500 to 1, the boss makes as much before lunch as the worker does all year. Greed is the cause of the high wages paid to the bosses even if the company is failing!

While the middle class working men and women see there jobs disappear to sweat shop labor in places like China thanks to Dictator Bushes aggressive free trade policies and generous tax incentives for his big-business cronies to outsource, the working man that was perhaps making a good wage in manufacturing or the tech industry is now making minimum wage at a big-box store. That is if an illegal alien did not get the job first.

Meanwhile some presidential candidates and President Bush say part of there economic plan is to give tax breaks to corporations. We say just who the hell is going to benefit from this? They say it will stimulate job growth, but fail to mention the jobs will not be in the US but some foreign country. Do not let these BS slingers fool you, it definitely will not be the average working American that benefits, because about all you will get is maybe enough to pay your utility bill or gas your car for a month.

Like it says in the second paragraph the beneficiaries will be the CEOs of the corporations.

Finally if we re-elect the incumbents in congress AGAIN, we will get (more illegal aliens, more jobs outsourced, more greed and more disastrous free trade agreements) and it will be no-ones fault but ours. It is time to kick them all out, hell how much worse could it be then it is now, if we put all new faces in DC.
