Today, District Court Judge James M. Munley ruled the Hazleton ordinances unconstitutional, and prohibited the town of Hazleton from enforcing them. Hazelton Mayor Lou Barletta says the decision will be appealed.

The Brass Monkey thinks this was nothing more then a political decision on the judges part and is an absolute sham. This is a slap in the face to American citizens and a message that says to illegal aliens hey it’s cool to break the law. This judge is obiviously in the corrupt Bush administrations pocket
