Jose Carranza an illegal alien is being held on 1 million dollar bail in conjunction with the murders of 3 Newark area college students and the wounding of a 4th. TBM has found out that this same individual was out of jail on a 150 thousand dollar bond on a previous charge that included raping a 4 year old girl.

What we are wondering is when this illegal alien scumbag was busted for the rape why the hell he was released on bond beings as he is here illegally, did authorities even attempt to find out if he was here illegally or did they know and not care?

Let’s not forget Jaclyn Funderburg found murdered in Colorado and an illegal alien is “a person of interest” to the police in that case.
