An illegal alien in Alabama, Gilberto Avardo was sentenced to jail for raping and abusing a 10 year old girl from charges that were filed back in September of ’08. He has been in jail ever since then because he was considered a flight risk. First-degree rape is a Class A felony and carries a penalty of 10 years to life. A hold has been placed on him by the U.S. Department of Immigration since he is an illegal alien who snuck past our elite border security (hahaha) from Guatemala. Rushing said it is his understanding that Gilberto Avarado is scheduled to be deported once he completes his prison sentence.

This sicko should have been given the boot out of this country a long time ago beings as he has been here for 10 years.
