Two 13 year olds are looking at sex crimes charges for Butt Slapping in Middle Schools hall

The Brass Monkey thinks this is obsurd. Here is what we know now. Two 13 year old Oregon boys are facing serious sex charges for allegedly slapping female classmates’ bottoms as a form of horseplay. Police arrested Cory Mashburn and Ryan Cornelison of McMinnville and if convicted could be permanently marked as sex offenders, The Portland Oregonian said Sunday. The teens also could spend as long as 10 years in juvenile detention if found guilty and could be labeled as Sex Offenders for life!

DA Berry said such youthful acts could have long-standing consequences for the alleged victims and could be life-altering for them. Two of the female victims have since recanted their statements. The boys are due in court on Aug. 20 to answer to all charges stemming from the February event.

The Brass Monkey proudly gives the Pissed Off Banana award to the dufus DA Berry for this absurd behavior on his part in this fiasco, and firmly believes this has no place on any criminal docket in any court.What is it coming to folks?
