More New Mexico Corruption
And here we go again. It seems that the gang of crooks involved in the Albuquerque metro court house scandal who were just sentenced recently is just out of the news (see The Brass Monkey Blog post Corruption That Rivaled Mexico’s) and indictments come down for a former New Mexico Secretary of State, a democratic party leader and 2 lobbyists. Also let’s not forget Dave in Roswell’s letter to the editor of the Albuquerque Journal titled Throw The Bums Out Of The Roundhouse which we posted in it’s entirety where Dave mentions…
Many New Mexico public employees are in the paper daily, skimming taxpayer money for there own use
Oh how right you are Dave. This time it is former NM Secretary of State Rebecca Virgil Giron, a consultant of hers Azrmando Guitierrez, lobbyists Elizabeth Kupfer and Joseph Kupfer. They were indicted on 50 counts of conspiracy, fraud, embezzlement and money laundering.
This comes as no big surprise folks because it is getting to be a pretty normal thing to hear that politicians are corrupt and of course we all know that lobbyists should be banished to an island all of there own in the Arctic someplace were they could all bribe each other for the right to have heat.
