There is no provision in this bill to make employers use E-Verify or any other way to confirm that the hired workers or American citizens. To me it seems like this is just another sneaky way by the Democrats to do an end run around our immigration laws. Need I say that this just means greedy un-patriotic employers will hire as many illegal aliens as they can so as to save paying American workers more money.

The bill has two major tax provisions, an exemption from payroll taxes for employers who hire new employees in 2010 and a $1,000 tax credit for employers who keep those employees for at least 52 weeks. Oh joy! They will be rewarded to. This writer thinks that this is totally unacceptable and will throw more hurt on the American middle class. But what the hell, we should be used to this by now after all Washington is broken and the only way to fix it is to vote out all incumbents.

Oh yeah those thugs on K street need to be kicked out of town also.

Reid you suck. Oppps… almost forgot. it has been confirmed that Senator Reid has already invoked a procedural maneuver that blocks any and all amendments to the bill. In other words nothing can be added that would forbid employers from hiring illegal aliens
