Restaurant Owner Gets 3 Years For Harboring Illegal Aliens
The former owner of a local Chinese restaurant in South Bend Indiana was sentenced in federal court Friday to three years in prison for concealing illegal aliens and mail fraud
Zhi Jian Jiang, 40, of Sacramento, Calif., was sentenced in the Northern District of Indiana to 36 months imprisonment, two years of supervised release, and a $10,000 fine. Jiang pleaded guilty to one count of concealing illegal aliens from detection and one count of mail fraud
The sentence resulted from an investigation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement´s (ICE)
Illegal alien employers, you hear that? Hopefully ICE will nail a lot more illegal alien employers. These employers are not in my opinion American Patriots they are greedy traitors to this country
A big thumbs up for ICE for nailing this dude. I have always thought that if employers are afraid of going to jail and get hefty fines the illegal alien problem would be not near as big as it is now. It is simple, no jobs equals no reason to come here unless you are a drug pusher.
