Due to budget cuts which resulted in not enough money to hire and train regular police the city of San Francisco is going to hire citizen´s and have them work some low level crimes which will free up the regular police for the serious crimes.

Budget shortfalls? Duhhh! You would have plenty of cashola for regular police and more if you stopped being a sanctuary city for illegal alien criminals and gave all of the illegal aliens the heave ho. Problem solved!

San Francisco it is time to take care of your American citizens and stop coddling to Mexican citizens. But seeing as that is not going to happen, would you mind if some other states that are fed up with illegal aliens ship them to you? Here are some of the benefits, much easier access to drugs, more money spent in the community by gang members running protection rackets, more murders (keep the population numbers from exploding), huge amounts of money flowing into the welfare system (easier to rip of Medicare and Medicade) and finally if you were looking for some kind of slogan change, instead of being known as the city by the bay you could be known as the city by the slums.
