It seems that governor Arnold Schwarzenegger regularly sends a note with bills he has signed, or not, back with the legislation to whom ever authored the bill.

San Francisco Assemblyman Tom Ammiano (Democrat) the author of a bill regarding the Port Of San Francisco it seems got two notes back, the veto note explaining the governors reasoning on why he vetoed the bill plus a private note, the private note like a puzzle had a message hidden in it. If you strong the first letters in each line down the left hand margin you got this. Fuck You. Ammiano had heckled the governor earlier this month at a Democratic fund raiser in San Francisco
